Mr Tan Boon Kiat (BK) held various senior positions with several big companies and institutions in North and South East Asia, including executive positions in Far Eastern Bank. As Director of International Business at J K Yaming Int'l Holdings Ltd, he was instrumental in listing the company on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. In his long career and social endeavors, he has worked with people from all spectrums of society and forged many friendships. Mr Tan's extensive business experience, vast personal and professional networks will be a valuable resource to any company.
BK is a graduate of the former Nanyang University's Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) degree program and Sydney Technical College's Certificate In Accounting program.
Steve has worked in various executive positions in international distribution; investment management; and corporate advisory for small and large companies like Hitachi, Mitsuboshi and Technicon. The launching of several start-ups galvanized his belief that SMEs badly needed corporate development and value creation solutions. That led to his involvement in advisory work where he specialized in capital raising, growth and corporate value creation strategies. All these experiences and his participation in a friend's pre-IPO preparation and subsequent successful listing on SGX mainboard led him to examine how value creation strategies can increase IPO valuations. This catalyzes his decision to form InnovaXion to capitalize on the value creation opportunities that have not been emphasized in the current IPO process.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Miami's MBA program and holds diplomas in marketing, administrative management and gemology from the U.S and U.K.
Raymond Lim held various positions in Operations with Franchise based in Singapore; sales roles in an SME while leading a team and is a Finance-oriented Engineer. He is also heavily involved in assisting an interior design, renovation and contracting firm from starting up to expansion. Drawing on his previous skills and experiences from working in Large Government Organisation, he is motivated to enhance SMEs' efficiency and to adapt proven strategies and methods employed by large organisations to fast-track any business.
Raymond holds a Diploma with Merit in Aeronautical Engineering and Diploma-Plus Certificate in Engineering Mathematics & Science from Singapore Polytechnic.
Feldman Lim started his career in 1982 with Great Eastern Life Assurance Ltd (GE Life) in sales, and was promoted to Group Sales Manager, or Sales Director in today's terms, in 1992. Since leaving GE in 1999, he became a serial entrepreneur, starting Eastcommerce Pte Ltd (an e-commerce trading platform serving SMEs) and Wisbrim Global Coaches Pte Ltd (providing personal development and success strategies training to working adults who are concerned about their career development). Today, he is the President of Knightsbridge Resources, Executive Director of Blossom Valley Capital and Director of Wisbrim High Performance Operating.
Feldman is a graduate of the Singapore Institute of Management‘s Diploma in Business Studies and the Singapore Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Life Insurance Programmes.
Meet Our Management
Chen Yi has directed the finance and accounting operations of a dozen small and big Chinese and Singapore companies. Her experience auditing Chinese companies gave her great insights into the principles and practice of Chinese financial and accounting system. Besides having the entrepreneurial drive to start her own business venture, she also accumulated vast experience and knowledge about public company's finance and accounting as Accountant for SGX-listed Cosco Corporation's subsidiary. With her backgound, she has the ability to tackle the most unusual financial accounting issues arising from our IPO projects.
Miss Chen holds a diploma in financial accounting from Qiao Xing Light Industrial School, Fujian, China and London Chamber of Commerce & Industry's 3rd level diploma in business studies & accounting.
